Midtown Park Brings Growth, Progress to Our District

The expansion and growth in Midtown Park in the corridor of Vickery Midtown Public Improvement District just West of Greenville at Meadow Road are impressive and inspiring.
 
The following projects are currently underway:
 
 
The Legacy at Midtown Park Assisted Living Center: Opening on Manderville Lane in 2020, the $186 million project will be an full-service senior living community in an urban setting, and will include:
  • 184 independent living apartment homes
  • 51 assisted living apartment homes
  • 36 memory care suites
  • 54 skilled nursing and rehab suites
 
 
Southwest Transplant Alliance: Located on Blair Road, the Southwest Transplant Alliance is a nonprofit organ procurement organization that saves lives by fulfilling the gifts of organ and tissue donation.
 
 
Alta Midtown: The new multi-family community from Wood Partners features 307 apartments on Manderville Lane and will open in 2021.
 
Home2 Suites NorthPark at Midtown: Hilton's wonderful extended stay concept has a new location on Midtown Road in Vickery Midtown.
 
83 MeadowGreen: This strong new location on Meadow Road (at Greenville) is leasing for retail and medical offices.
 
 
The SoPac Trail is one of Vickery Midtown's strong amenities. We are leading many improvements to the Trail in Midtown Park that will launch in 2021 and will be beneficial to Midtown Park and our entire District.
 
The diverse and dynamic residential growth in Midtown Park also provides an excellent balance and accessibility among options for everyone in our community, with proximity to major employers in health care and other industries based in Vickery Midtown.
