Chad Cornelison has joined the Midtown Improvement District as Executive Director, guiding the operations of the District’s work on behalf of property owners, businesses and residents.
Chad brings depth of experience in real estate, property management, association management. Chad also led his own asset management consulting firm. A native Texan and Dallas resident, Chad is inspired by the impactful work now and ahead for Midtown Improvement District in continually bettering the area. During these very busy times in the District, Chad is leads staff and the Board of Trustees’ close work with City of Dallas Economic Development Department as District staff and all of the active Midtown committees work together on initiatives in realms of security, capital investment, code compliance, beautification, the SoPac Trail and more.
