Midtown Dallas Inc staff and leadership recently were in the field for a strategic planning walk with Kimley-Horn Engineers, walking a three-mile stretch from Northwest Highway to Royal Lane to study the north south proposed bike trail parallel to Greenville Avenue.
This new initiative from Midtown Dallas Inc will provide a catalytic connection for mobility in the area, providing an impactful amenity for residents and connectivity to DART stations. This is a core project in the Midtown Incremental Infrastructure Implementation (Midtown 3IP) Strategic plan for the District, based on research and community input. Midtown is working with City of Dallas, DART and transportation entities on this planning.
