The Midtown team has been working diligently to bring improvements that are also brightening up highly visible and traveled infrastructure across the Midtown district.
Midtown Plaza at the busiest intersection of Park and Ridgecrest continues to be a center and Midtown Improvement District has been adding
Bright vibrant colors pattern the concrete and entertainment area. Permanent and comfortable benches have been installed, landscaping with seasonal color is maintained. A stage is set for events hosted by Midtown Dallas Inc. seasonally, including the forthcoming Fall Book It on October 22 and more. A colorfully painted and branded shipping container also serves as a station for food and beverage served free at all events!
The SOPAC Trail is also brightly accessorized across the Midtown District. Midtown's beautiful color palette is featured on with pillars painted all along the five-plus mile trail!
The bright and energized visuals of the Midtown Neighborhood Banners on Greenville Avenue and Walnut Hill Lane, as well as Manderville, bring a focus on the exciting and unique beloved neighborhoods of Midtown, with banners featuring theMedical Business District, Upper Greenville, Vickery and Midtown Park. These banners were re-installed this summer following storm and high winds and we are thrilled to put this colorful display in full action
Brightly designed and helpful Midtown Waste Management receptacles have been increased across the District.
The bright and beautifully painted Midtown Murals at Meadow and Greenville and at Greenville and Walnut Hill are also . More beautiful designs will be installed in 2026 in the District from local artists.
